I'm just woundering why all the characters in factions look asian? In the first one, they were mixed but now it's a little onesided... kinda unfair for all non-asian users who want the characters to resemble themselves. Other then factions being set in a new world that resembles asian culture, thats no reason not to include different facial features.

This has actually brought me down a little and now am disappointed with the game. Hopfully in nightfall, changes can be made.

(p.s.) i know that original charatcres can be brought over to factions so don't even try to use that one on me.

ANet tried to tie Factions to a particular cultural setting not only for in-game reasons, but also because Factions was being released in additional countries in the region. So while Cantha was initially hyped up as an asian setting, it was also aimed at the new audience Guild Wars was trying to win over.
